Our team will make every effort to ensure a comfortable setting and a pleasant experience for all attendees. The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the program if necessary.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Early Booking Discount: A 20% discount on the indicated prices applies to reservations made by 15 November 2026.

  • All reservations made under the Early Booking Discount must be 100% prepaid within 5 days of booking confirmation, but no later than 20 November 2026.

  • Reservations made from 15.11.2026 through 05.11.2026 (inclusive) must be 100% prepaid within 5 days of booking confirmation, but no later than 10.05.2026.

  • Reservations made after 05.10.2026 must be 100% prepaid within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

  • Free cancellation is available for cancellations made by 30.11 2026 (inclusive).

  • For cancellations made from 01.12 through 10.12.2026 (inclusive), 50% of the prepaid reservation amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

  • For cancellations made after 10.12.2026, or in the event of a no-show, all prepaid amounts are non-refundable.
