Present identification documents at the reception upon check-in at the hotel. Only registered guests are allowed in the hotel rooms.
Please vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
Pets are not allowed in Astor Garden Hotel, except for small dogs, up to 3 kg. - you will be charged an additional fee – 50 BGN per day.
The observance of silence is mandatory between 11.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m., as well as between 2.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m.
Cooking in the hotel rooms is absolutely prohibited. We also ask that you refrain from bringing food into the room.
It is forbidden to throw objects through the terraces.
The rooms must be kept clean and the equipment must be used as intended.
The import of bicycles, mopeds, bulky objects, incendiary and explosive substances is prohibited.
The use of the emergency exits should be carried out only with the express order of the employees of the hotel complex, and in all other cases their use is prohibited.
The export of hotel property is prohibited. Astor Garden Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of repairing damage to hotel property caused by their willful, negligent or careless actions. If such damage is recorded, guests will be notified and asked to pay the cost according to the current valid price list.
Store your money and valuables in the safe located in your room. Astor Garden Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are not stored responsibly.
